What sizes do you carry?

Women's sizes XS to 4XL. Men's twin sizes S to XXXL. Each product page has a size chart with body and garment measurements.

How does Nitara fit?

Most of our shirts are cut in a relaxed fit. The men's twins are a classic fit. Each product page tells you which.

Are all your shirts twin-able?

About half are. Look for the "Has a twin" badge on the product page.

Can I get a child size made?

Not as a standard option yet. Email us at hello@nitara.store and we'll do our best.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

2–5 business days for metros, 4–7 for the rest of India. Tracking link sent over email and WhatsApp on dispatch.

Free shipping?

Yes, on orders over ₹2,500.

Do you offer COD?

Yes, India-wide. COD available at checkout.

Returns & exchanges

What's your returns policy?

7 days from delivery. Item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags. See our full returns policy.

How do I exchange for a different size?

Email hello@nitara.store with your order number — we'll arrange a pickup and dispatch the new size on receipt.

Care

How do I wash a Nitara shirt?

Each shirt has its own care label, but the rule of thumb: hand wash cold the first time, line dry, iron on reverse. Our shibori shirts may bleed indigo on the first wash — wash them separately for the first 2–3 washes.
