Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy at the listed price. We accept the order when we email a confirmation. We may decline orders for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Pricing

Prices are in INR and inclusive of GST. We may change prices without notice — the price you pay is the price at the time of checkout.

Payment

We accept cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and cash on delivery via Razorpay. By paying, you authorise us to charge the amount shown.

Intellectual property

All content on nitara.store — photographs, copy, designs, logos — is the property of Nitara unless otherwise stated. You may share Nitara content for personal, non-commercial use; you may not reproduce or commercialise our content without written permission.

User content

If you tag or share photos of your Nitara shirts on social media, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to repost or feature that content on our store, social channels, and marketing material, with credit to your handle.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Indian law, our liability for any single order is limited to the value paid for that order.

Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
