Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed shirts with tags intact and original packaging.
Process
Email hello@nitara.store with your order number and reason for return. We arrange a courier pickup at our cost — one free pickup per order.
Refund timeline
Once we receive and inspect the return, we issue a refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For COD orders, refunds are issued by bank transfer to a UPI ID or bank account you share with us.
Exchanges
Sizing exchanges are free within 7 days. We pick up the returned shirt and dispatch the new size in the same shipment cycle.
Non-returnable items
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or are missing tags. Items returned beyond the 7-day window. Items damaged by incorrect care (e.g. wrong washing instructions followed). Custom or special orders.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email hello@nitara.store within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We arrange a free replacement immediately.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch — usually within 12 hours of order placement — by emailing hello@nitara.store. Once dispatched, the order moves to the returns process above.
